Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, You have a period of fifteen (15) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise Your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties.
All items can be exchanged or refunded except for those with an indication to the contrary.
Generally speaking, personalised products do not benefit from this right.
For all care and guarantee on watches, we invite you to join us the guarantee certificate when it is delivered by the brand. In case of absence, you may be charged by the brand.
We recommend that the customer prepares his return by going to his customer account to activate a “return number” to speed up processing time and to benefit from our product return assistance if needed. This procedure is not mandatory but allows for a shorter processing time, and in particular, given the sensitive nature of the products to limit the risk of loss or other.
To comply with French law, precious materials must be sent by registered parcel with acknowledgement of receipt. You must also take care to insure your product by subscribing to the insurance offered by the post office which corresponds to the value of your product. In case of loss during a product return we will not be responsible.
After receipt of the goods and within a period of time allowing a precise expertise of the returned product, the customer account will be credited with the initial amount of the returned items. The refund period will be 15 working days from the moment our experts confirm the return of the product, confirmation which will be sent to you within 36 hours by e-mail. The available money is refundable or can be used as a credit note, in part or in addition to the price.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer who freely chooses the mode of transport in order to return his product(s) to UTOPOS. Depending on the mode of transport chosen, the customer is responsible for the methods of packing and packaging of the products so that they can travel without risk of damage.
